1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

a. Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed and dispatched.

b. After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges (if any).

2. Cancellation by Ridhar.in

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unavailability of the product(s)
Inaccuracies in pricing or product information
Payment issues or failed verification
Orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent
Force majeure or unforeseen delivery restrictions

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before dispatch, any paid amount will be refunded in full.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
The refund will be credited to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation once ordered:

Customized or made-to-order products
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Cancellable" on the product page
