At Ridhar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, dispatch, and delivery of products purchased on our platform.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across the World. If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping as per the delivery partner's charges

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, natural calamities, or courier service disruptions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, non-availability of recipient, or other issues, our courier partner will attempt up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipping, and additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately. if you need to update your delivery details.
