Returns Policy

At Ridhar.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products can be returned.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Note: Products must be returned in the condition they were received. Items showing signs of use or tampering may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

Gift cards, vouchers, or free promotional items

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or shipping.
In some cases, we may schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide your bank account details for the refund.

Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
