Shipping & Delivery Policy – Ridhar

At Ridhar, we are committed to delivering your jewellery orders safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India and internationally.

1. Shipping Locations (India & International)

  • We offer pan-India delivery covering all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes.

  • We also provide international shipping to selected countries outside India.

  • If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will inform you before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

​

  • India Orders:
    Shipping charges are calculated as per courier partner rates and will be shown at checkout.

​

  • International Orders:
    International shipping charges depend on destination country, package weight, and customs regulations. Final charges are displayed at checkout or shared by our support team.

3. Order Processing Time

​

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

​

🇮🇳 Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

 International Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs delays, festivals, or courier partner issues.

5. Order Tracking

​

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and tracking link will be shared on your registered email and mobile number.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed, Failed, or Returned Deliveries

​

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, courier partners may attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you for re-shipping, and additional charges may apply.

  • Ridhar is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities.

7. Change of Shipping Address

  • Shipping address changes are allowed only before dispatch.

  • Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your delivery details.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

​

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, as per the destination country.

  • These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
